Alegria X is a new, modern apartment building being built in the center of Torrevieja. The building will consist of 49 apartments, garage, playground for children, a communal pool area and a Finnish sauna.

Alegria IV is a new luxury apartment building being built on the beach-front of Los Locos beach in downtown Torrevieja. The building will have 20 homes on three floors, a communal pool area and a sauna. Apartments vary from one bedroom to three bedrooms penthouses with private roof-top terraces. All apartments come with own parking space and storage unit. The building will be completed in May 2018.

New modern residential complex comprising of detached villas, each with their own swimming pool, situated in front of the famous pine forests of Dehesa de Campoamor in Orihuela Costa.

The first stage of construction of Villamartin Park in Orihuela Costa’s Villamartin will be completed in the fall of 2016. The majority of the apartments will have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with south-facing patios/gardens, terraces or roof terraces. The residency is conveniently located near numerous golf courses as well as the amenities in Villamartin. Prices from 156 000€.

Edificio Lasal is a new high-end apartment building in the centre of Torrevieja right next to the sea-front promenade joining the city's two beaches. Construction is underway, and the building will be finished in March 2017.

New, modern villas with private yards and pools are currently being built in Villamartin. All houses have large roof terraces the size of the entire home. The terraces will have pre-installations for i.e. a jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen and outdoors air conditioning/air-to-air heat pumps. Update 11.10.2016: The developer now includes in the price the white goods, LED-spot lighting inside and outside, air-conditioning, the pre-installation of a alarm system, and the pre-installation of the internet connection.

New development in the coastal town of La Marina south of Alicante on Costa Blanca. This residential community will have 51 bungalows on three levels and a communal swimming-pool. The homes are bungalows with all living areas on one level. The homes will have two or three bedrooms, an open kitchen facing a living room, and a terrace. The ground floor apartments will have a private yard. Some of the second-floor apartments will have a private roof-top terrace.

New development in the Villamartin area of Orihuela Costa, south of Torrevieja. Four houses in four levels will be built, totalling 32 apartments. The development will be completed in June 2017. The apartments have 2-3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The centre of the home is the open kitchen and living room that connects to a terrace/balcony. Ground level apartments also have a yard. Penthouse apartments have a 40m2 private roof-top terrace.

Las Salinas is a new development of 2 and 3 bedroom Duplexes and Bungalows in the hills of San Miguel de Salinas with fantastic views over the salt lakes, orange groves, and the coastal towns. The development will be completed in March 2017. The residential area will consist of duplexes and Bungalows, a communal pool area, and a parking area.

The Residencial La Luna III consists of bungalows and duplexes. The duplexes have three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open kitchen, a living-room, a yard, a terrace on the second floor, and a roof-top terrace. Finestrat Hills is a new development in the town of Finestrat overlooking Benidorm's skyscrapers and the Mediterranean Sea. This quiet community will consist of 40 semi-detached three and four bedroom villas with private gardens, own pools and roof top terraces. The yards have ample space for parking. The development is in the hills below the town of Finestrat overlooking the Benidorm skyline and the Mediterranean Sea. Driving time to Benidorm is about 10 minutes and to the Alicante airport approximately 20 minutes.

Edificio Claudia is a new development in downtown Torrevieja. The house will have studio apartments, two and three bedroom apartments and four penthouses with private roof-top terraces. All apartments will have a balcony/terrace towards the street. Edificio Claudia will be key ready during the fall of 2016.

Residencial Azalea II is a small high-end development of 18 independent five bedroom villas in the Aguas Nuevas district of Torrevieja. The homes have on the first floor an open kitchen, a dining- / living room, a bathroom, and one bedroom. On the second floor two more bedrooms with one bathroom and a 23m2 terrace from which access to a 41m2 roof-top terrace. Oasis Beach X is a new development in El Raso about 5 minutes drive inland from the coastal town of Guardamar del Segura. The development will have 114 bungalow apartments with either two or three bedrooms. The apartment complex will have a shared pool, a children's area, and a spa. Each apartment comes with a parking space. The bungalows will be in either two or three floors, with the ground floor bungalow having a yard and the top floor bungalow having a roof-top terrace.

Residencial Alba is a new development in Ciudad Quesada in the town of Rojales, about 10 minutes inland from the coastal towns of Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja. The development will consist of 2 bedroom bungalow. The area has a communal pool. A parking space is included with the property. There are still a few ground level bungalows available. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen and a living room totalling 72m2 with an 8m2 terrace and a 59-69m2 yard on a 150m2 plot. Price €155 000.

Over the Sea is a new development in the town of Santa Pola south of Alicante. The development consists of 17 homes, with one, two, and three bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom penthouses. The highlight of the development is that almost all of the homes are corner apartments overlooking the seafront. The development is only three blocks from the beach and a mere 10 minutes walk from the town centre (old castle) of Santa Pola.

PlayaMar I is a recently completed residential complex in San Pedro del Pinatar, about 30 minutes south of Torrevieja and about 15 minutes from San Javier Airport (Airport code: MJV).

Residencial Les Ortigues is a new residential area in Benijofar. Construction is underway for two and three bedroom duplexes, semidetached houses as well as detached houses i.e. villas on separate plots.
